NSCP Design Pvt. Ltd.  is specialized in manufacturing magnetic drives and overhead magnetic stirrers for glass equipment. These magnetic drives are designed to suit all kinds of laboratory stirrer applications where maintaining full vacuum or internal pressure in the glass vessel is important. These drives ensure zero leakage at high pressures as well as full vacuum resulting in reduced distillation time, avoid charring and polymerisation of material and shorter reaction time. These are often used for high vacuum distillation setups.
Magnetic Drive comes with suitable taper glass joints like B24, B34, B/NS29/32, B/NS45/40, etc. These couplings are cost effective & guarantee a superior product quality without any contamination.
One end of Magnetic Drive snugly fit on the Nozzle of glass vessel while other can be coupled with stirrer Motor. A glass shaft with PTFE impeller can be fitted on the bottom side. These coupling can easily handle the torque of various overhead stirrer and can be used up to 50 litres capacity glass vessels. Material of construction can be SS316, Hastelloy C, Inconel, PEEK, Monel, etc and RPM up to 3000.
