NSCP Design Pvt. Ltd. offers variety of design options in Stirred and Non-Stirred Autoclave to meet the operating and process requirements. We offer removal Head as well as fixed head design. The removable head and vessel are offered to users who wish to charge or recover reactants and products away from the operating area. We offer split clamp quick opening design for ease of operation with PTFE or Grafoil gasket sealed vessels. Body flange design with dished end can be offered on request.
Temperature controllers and pressure controllers are fully integrated process controller with best quality variable frequency drive to control the motor speed. Control Panels can be offered for Flame Proof IIA IIB and IIC application with Certification.
